Returns and Refunds

If a product does not fit or you do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please repack the item carefully and send it back to us via our return portal .

The current return costs are 5.99€ per package.
(If it is an exchange, the first return will be on us!)

 

IMPORTANT: Dirty or worn items, as well as items without tags, cannot be refunded.
Some items do not have any tags. These are excluded.

• The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
• The return costs (5.99€) will be deducted from the refund.
• The refund can take up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. (This also applies to refunds via PayPal)

 

To register your return you will need your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
