Returns & Refunds

If a product doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please carefully repackage the item and send it back to us via our returns portal.

The current return cost is €5.99 per package.
(If it is an exchange, the first return is on us!)

IMPORTANT: Dirty or worn items, as well as items without tags (if applicable), cannot be refunded.

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• The return cost (€5.99) will be deducted from the refund.
• The refund can take up to 7 business days after the item is received. (This also applies to refunds via PayPal)

Not with us.

Our hat is the perfect addition for unpleasant weather or bad hair days.

The Mintou logo is embroidered directly onto the hat.

It can be easily washed at 40°C.
